Consultative event in Skopje, 17.10.2018

On 10.10.2018 in Skopje was held а Consultative event for the project Innovation Hub: Comparative advantage for greater competitiveness. The event was opened by the Director of the Foundation of Small and Medium Enterprises Development-Kumanovo Mr. Dimitar Tashevski, and then a representative of the consulting company UMF TRAINING (Ms. Maria Karaeva) presented the results of the GAP analysis (which was made) in order to see which are the barriers and the obstacles to the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises in the target regions. At the same time, the representative from UMF TRAINING based on the GAP analysis made certain recommendations in which direction we should focus on the improvement of the innovation and competitiveness of the SME sector in the target regions. After that, the project manager Ms. Beti Delovska opened a public debate on the opinions and comments related to the presented results of the GAP analysis. There was a discussion of several representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, state and public institutions and representatives from the non-governmental sector who were present at the event.
